Immediately: FQHCs and RHCs in Fresno, Kings, and Madera counties should update telehealth billing procedures to allow audio-only visits for new Medi-Cal patients when: 1) providing sensitive services, 2) patient requests audio-only, or 3) patient attests they cannot access mobile services.
