Update referral procedures to use the current list available at Contracted Cancer Centers (PDF) or through Provider Manual > Medi-Cal > Utilization Management > Care Management > Complex Cancer Care > Contracted Cancer Center. Using outdated lists may delay patient access to specialized cancer care.
