Summary
UnitedHealthcare requires all network providers who see Special Needs Plan (SNP) members to complete mandatory Model of Care (MOC) training by December 31, 2026. This is a CMS requirement for initial and annual training that takes about 10 minutes to complete online.
Action Required
By Dec 31, 2026: All providers who see UnitedHealthcare Special Needs Plan members must complete the 10-minute online SNP Model of Care training.
