Monthly starting May 2023: Primary care physicians and physician groups should receive data files from Health Net Provider Engagement Representative on the 15th of each month. Review the member renewal list and proactively contact patients who may need assistance with Medi-Cal renewal process. Incorporate these members into existing retention strategies to ensure continued coverage and PCP assignment.
