Summary
Health Net Medi-Cal providers must report and return any overpayments within 60 calendar days of identifying them. Providers must send the refund with documentation to Health Net's Claims Recovery Team explaining the reason for the overpayment.

Immediately: Billing team must establish process to identify and report overpayments to Health Net within 60 days. When overpayment identified, send refund check with copy of Remittance Advice and cover letter explaining reason to: Health Net Claims Recovery Team, P.O. Box 396027, San Francisco, CA 94139-6027.
