Summary
California Health & Wellness Plan (CHWP) members in specific counties are transitioning to Health Net Community Solutions and Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley effective January 1, 2024. Providers must register with Health Net for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to continue receiving electronic payments for services provided on or after January 1, 2024, otherwise payments will be issued as paper checks.
Action Required
Before January 1, 2024: Billing team must register with Health Net for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) by completing online registration or downloading and submitting the EFT Authorization Agreement form. Failure to register will result in receiving paper checks instead of electronic payments for services provided on or after January 1, 2024.
