Effective January 1, 2024, Health Net Medi-Cal will begin covering ICF/DD (Intermediate Care Facility for Developmentally Disabled) services, requiring beneficiaries in these facilities to enroll in managed care plans. Prior authorization will use Form HS 231, and Health Net will honor existing TARs for up to two years while providing 12 months of continuity of care for transitions.
