Summary
Starting January 1, 2024, Health Net is taking over behavioral health services administration from MHN. Providers must now call Health Net directly at 844-966-0298 for all behavioral health referrals instead of contacting MHN.
Action Required
By January 1, 2024: All staff making behavioral health referrals must update contact procedures to call Health Net at 844-966-0298 instead of MHN. Update referral contact lists, staff training materials, and office procedures. Watch for new member ID cards that no longer reference MHN.
