Health Net/CalViva Health will begin collecting medical records from providers for HEDIS quality measures starting January 1, 2024. Providers must respond to record requests within 7 days and can use the contracted Datafied service at no cost or their own copy service at their expense.

January 1 - May 3, 2024: Medical records team must respond to HEDIS data requests within 7 days of contact. Use Datafied service (free) or your own copy service (at practice expense). Complete Certificate of No Record (CNR) if patient records unavailable. Contact Datafied at 714-666-0951 if unable to meet 7-day deadline. Failure to respond will result in follow-up requests.
