Effective January 1, 2024, providers in Imperial County must submit secondary Medicare claims directly to Health Net for dual eligible members (both Medicare and Medi-Cal), including a copy of the Medicare EOB. This replaces the previous automatic secondary claim processing system.

Immediately: Billing team must update workflows for dual eligible members in Imperial County to submit secondary claims directly to Health Net at PO Box 9020, Farmington, MO 63640-9020 (Payer ID: 95567).
