Summary
Health Net Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley is implementing a new mandatory training platform called Relias starting February 2024. All participating providers must attend mandatory training sessions on February 14-15, 2024, and complete ongoing training requirements through this new platform to maintain compliance with their Provider Participation Agreement.
Action Required
By February 15, 2024: All providers must register and attend one of the mandatory Relias training sessions (February 14 or 15, 12-1 PM Pacific). After training, check email (including spam folders) for Relias login credentials. Share login credentials with office staff and explore the platform. Complete all assigned trainings within given timelines to maintain Provider Participation Agreement compliance. Non-completion may result in PPA violations.
