Summary
Health Net is implementing a new mandatory training platform called Relias starting February 2024 for all Medi-Cal providers. Providers must attend mandatory training sessions on February 14-15, 2024, and complete all future required trainings through the Relias platform to maintain compliance with their Provider Participation Agreement.
Action Required
By February 14-15, 2024: All providers and billing staff must register for and attend mandatory Relias training sessions (Noon-1 PM Pacific). Register at provided links. After training, check email (including spam folders) for Relias login credentials. Once received, billing team and office staff must log into Relias platform and complete all assigned trainings within given timelines. Failure to complete required trainings will result in non-compliance with Provider Participation Agreement.
