Health Net has moved all payment policies to a new dedicated webpage on their provider website, organized by line of business. Payment policies are no longer available in the provider operations manual in the Provider Library.

Immediately: Billing team must bookmark the new Health Net payment policy webpage at Health Net site > Resources For You. Update internal procedures to reference the new webpage location instead of the Provider Library for all payment policy lookups. Review the new Code Editing Overview policy CC.PP.011 for coding and claims editing information.
