The California Department of Corrections renamed the Community Transitional Reentry Program (CCTRP) to Female Community Reentry Program (FCRP) effective May 6, 2024. All facility names and abbreviations changed across six California locations including Bakersfield, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, Santa Fe Springs, and Stockton.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must update any references to CCTRP facility names and abbreviations in billing systems, patient records, and forms to use the new FCRP names and abbreviations. Update facility databases to reflect new abbreviations (CCBAK to FCBAK, CCLA to FCLA, CCSAC to FCSAC, CCSD1 to FCSD1, CCSFS to FCSFS, CCSTK to FCSTK).
