Summary
Effective September 1, 2024, Medi-Cal behavioral health services claims must be submitted to a new address (P.O. Box 9020, Farmington, MO 63640-9020) with a new payer ID (95567) for dates of service on or after that date. Claims with overlapping dates must be split into separate submissions using the appropriate address and payer ID based on service dates.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must update Medi-Cal behavioral health claims submission to use new address (P.O. Box 9020, Farmington, MO 63640-9020) and payer ID (95567) for all dates of service September 1, 2024 and after. Continue using old address (P.O. Box 14621, Lexington, KY 40512-4621) and payer ID (22771) for dates of service prior to September 1, 2024. For claims spanning both periods, split into two separate claims. Register for Health Net provider portal account if not already done. Update billing system settings to reflect new submission parameters for applicable date ranges.
