Summary
Effective September 1, 2024, Medi-Cal behavioral health providers must use new claims submission addresses and payer IDs when submitting claims. Claims with dates of service on/after September 1, 2024 go to a new address in Missouri with payer ID 95567, while claims before that date continue using the Kentucky address with payer ID 22771.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must update Medi-Cal behavioral health claims submission to use new address (P.O. Box 9020, Farmington, MO 63640-9020) and payer ID 95567 for all services on/after September 1, 2024. Continue using old Kentucky address and payer ID 22771 for services before September 1, 2024. Split any claims with overlapping dates into separate submissions. Register for Health Net provider portal account if not already done. Failure to use correct address/payer ID will result in claim processing delays.
