Action Required
By September 24, 2024: Practice administrator or compliance team leader must visit Relias Provider Training Platform and submit: contact name, email address, 10-digit NPI number, and provider/group name. This person must be able to attest to staff training completion for the organization. Failure to comply may jeopardize Medi-Cal contract participation.
