Health Net will begin collecting medical records for HEDIS quality measures from January 2, 2025 through May 30, 2025, using contractor Datafied. Providers must submit requested member records within 7 days when contacted, or complete a Certificate of No Record if records are unavailable.

Starting January 2, 2025: Medical records staff must respond to Datafied requests within 7 days by either submitting requested member records or completing the Certificate of No Record (CNR). Establish workflow to handle random record requests through May 30, 2025. Contact Datafied at 714-666-0951 if unable to meet 7-day deadline. Failure to respond will result in follow-up contacts from Datafied.
