By January 1, 2025: Providers must implement mandatory mental health screenings for pregnant members (at least one during pregnancy and one within 6 weeks postpartum). Update EMR templates to include screening requirements and referral protocols. For positive screens, refer to behavioral health specialists by calling 844-966-0298 or the number on member ID cards. This applies to all participating physicians, PPGs, hospitals, and ancillary providers.
