Summary
Health Net/CalViva Health has established critical deadlines for HEDIS Measurement Year 2024 supplemental data submissions. Providers must submit non-standard data by January 31, 2025, supplemental standard data by March 13, 2025, and encounters by March 31, 2025 to ensure inclusion in MY 2024 reporting and avoid delays to MY 2025.
Action Required
By January 31, 2025: Submit all non-standard data via Cozeva chart review interface. By March 13, 2025: Submit final supplemental standard data files (laboratory, EHR, immunizations) and RAF alternative submission method extracts by end of business day. By March 31, 2025: Submit all encounters data. Data submitted after these deadlines will not be included in MY 2024 reporting and will be applied to MY 2025 instead.
