Immediately: Providers offering in-home services (home health care, personal care, day habilitation, respite services, CBAS-ERS) must register at the California Provider Self-Registration Portal. Billing team must ensure all in-home visits capture and transmit six mandatory data components: service type, individual receiving service, date, location, provider identity, and start/end times.
