Summary
Health Net will begin selecting providers in February 2025 for mandatory medical record reviews as part of the annual Encounter Data Validation study for services rendered in 2023. Selected providers must submit specific medical records when contacted by Datafied, including documentation for requested dates of service and additional nearby visit records.

Starting February 2025: If contacted by Datafied for EDV study, immediately retrieve and submit medical records for requested 2023 dates of service, including chart/visit progress notes, patient demographics, and records for an additional nearby DOS (excluding lab, DME, or inpatient).
