Action Required
By February 14, 2025: All administrative and office staff (including utilization management and call center staff) who have contact with Health Net members must complete the TGI - Gender Affirming Care (SB 923) training course. Practice administrator must: 1) Register staff at the provided registration link, 2) Track and maintain records of each staff member who completed training, 3) Submit one attestation form for the entire group including the group's NPI, 4) Ensure new hires complete training within 45 days of start date, 5) Schedule ongoing training every two years. Records must be readily available for audit purposes.
