Health Net will conduct Medi-Cal subnetwork certification assessments from April through September 2025 for participating physician groups (PPGs) to ensure network adequacy. Action Required
Before March 19, 2025: PPGs should register for certification training webinars and review provider update 25-157m for access standards. Ensure provider rosters submitted to Health Net contain correct adult/pediatric provider types and patient age ranges.
