Summary
California's DHCS announced a new Skilled Nursing Facility Workforce and Quality Incentive Program (SNF WQIP) that provides directed payments to eligible SNFs and subacute facilities for dates of service from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2026. Health Net/CalViva Health will issue payments within 45 days of receiving exhibits from DHCS or 30 days of receiving clean claims, whichever is later.
