Health Net is notifying providers about a planned strike at LA County Department of Health Services hospitals from April 28-30, 2025. Providers must immediately contact LADHS to coordinate patient transitions if they have Health Net members currently admitted at affected LA County hospitals to ensure continuity of care during the strike.

Immediately: If you have Health Net members currently admitted at LA County hospitals (Harbor UCLA, LA General, Olive View-UCLA, or Rancho Los Amigos), contact the specific LADHS coordinator for that facility to determine if patient transition is required. Coordinate medically appropriate transfers to other hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, lower levels of care, or discharge home as needed. This must be completed before the strike begins April 28, 2025 at 7 p.m.
