Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas has launched PEAQ Physician Performance Insight reports that rate physicians against peers and will influence Provider Finder search results and physician profiles. Eligible Texas physicians can now access these performance reports through Availity Essentials.
Action Required
Optional: Eligible Texas physicians can log into Availity Essentials and select PEAQ Report in the Payer Spaces section to view their performance scores compared to peers. This is informational only and does not require billing system changes.
