Action Required
Before August 20, 2025: Billing team must register for Availity Essentials portal to replace MHN portal access. Contact organization's Availity administrator or call 800-282-4548 to set up accounts. Transition all claims submission and tracking workflows from MHN.com to Availity Essentials. Failure to transition will result in inability to submit claims or check eligibility after the cutoff date.
