During this outage, standard authorization requests cannot be submitted online, but urgent requests can be handled via phone at 833-837-0188.

Before October 11, 2025 at 12 a.m. PT: Billing team and providers must submit all urgent or time-sensitive prior authorization requests before the system outage begins. During the outage (Oct 11-13): Use emergency phone line 833-837-0188 for urgent authorizations only. Post urgent authorization approvals to patient charts and ensure claims processing can proceed once system resumes Monday, October 13 at 9 a.m. PT.
