CalViva Health's authorization system will be offline from Saturday, October 11 at 12 a.m. PT through Monday, October 13 at 9 a.m. PT for system upgrades. During this outage, urgent authorization requests must be submitted via phone at 833-837-0188 instead of the normal online system.

Before October 11, 2025 at 12 a.m. PT: Submit all urgent or time-sensitive authorization requests to avoid the system outage period. During outage (Oct 11-13): Call 833-837-0188 for urgent authorizations only - this phone line will be available only during the downtime. Billing team should plan authorization workflows around this 57-hour system downtime.
