Summary
Health Net will begin collecting medical records from physicians and participating physician groups for HEDIS quality review starting January 2, 2026. Providers may be randomly selected and must submit requested records within 7 business days using the contracted vendor Datafied at no cost.
Action Required
Before January 2, 2026: Ensure staff are aware of potential HEDIS record requests. When contacted by Datafied, respond within 7 business days with requested medical records or complete Certificate of No Record (CNR) if records unavailable.
