Immediately: Administrative staff must choose one of three approved methods to submit provider directory updates: Symphony Provider Directory (recommended for PPGs), Availity Provider Data Management, or Online Demographic Update Form. Review and update provider information regularly, respond to quarterly validation requests, and ensure all demographic changes are reported. Providers contracting with PPGs must report changes to their PPG only. Failure to maintain current information will result in removal from provider directory.
