Connecticut Medicaid is replacing CPT code 92543 (Caloric vestibular test) with two new codes: 92537 (bithermal, $25.20) and 92538 (monothermal, $12.84). Additionally, technical and professional component reimbursement for audiology services will be adjusted to 57.5% of Medicare rates.
