Summary
Connecticut Medicaid PCA Waiver providers must enroll directly with the Connecticut Medical Assistance Program as 'PCA Service Providers' to continue billing for Adult Family Living and Support Broker services. Claims will no longer go through Allied Community Resources but directly to Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

By February 25, 2016: PCA Waiver Agency providers must enroll at www.ctdssmap.com as 'PCA Service Providers' with provider type 'Personal Care Services' to continue receiving reimbursement. Set up secure web accounts using provided AVRS ID and password for claim submission and eligibility verification. Subscribe to email notifications for training workshops. Enrollment takes up to 4 weeks to complete.
