Summary

Connecticut Medical Assistance Program is implementing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system effective July 1, 2016, requiring providers of home and community-based services to use the new Santrax system for scheduling, visit verification, and claim submission. This system will be integrated with interChange and is being implemented through HPE and Sandata partnership.

By July 1, 2016: Providers delivering home and community-based services must implement the Department's new EVV system (Santrax) for scheduling, visit verification, and claim submission. Contact ctevv@hpe.com for EVV implementation questions. Review the FAQ document and workshop presentations available on the portal. Claims for home and community-based services will require EVV verification through the integrated interChange system.
