Connecticut Medicaid ABI Waiver providers must enroll in the Connecticut Medical Assistance Program as 'ABI Service Providers' and switch from billing Allied Community Resources to billing Hewlett Packard Enterprise directly for all claims with dates of service September 1, 2016 and forward.

By September 1, 2016: ABI Waiver providers must complete online enrollment at www.ctdssmap.com as 'ABI Service Provider' type (enrollment takes up to 4 weeks). Set up secure Web account using provided AVRS ID and password. Update billing workflows to submit claims directly to Hewlett Packard Enterprise instead of Allied Community Resources. Subscribe to email notifications for training on Care Plan Access and claim submission starting June 2016.
