Summary
Beginning June 1, 2016, the UCONN School of Nursing will take over Medicaid EHR Incentive Program attestation reviews for Eligible Professionals from the Department of Social Services. Providers with attestations submitted after May 31, 2016 must direct questions to UCONN instead of DSS.
Action Required
By June 1, 2016: Update contact information for Medicaid EHR Incentive Program attestation questions. Direct all EP attestation inquiries submitted after May 31, 2016 to UCONN School of Nursing at 1-844-607-7455 or CTMedicaidEHR@uconn.edu instead of DSS. Continue using DSS contacts for attestations submitted before May 31, 2016.
