Action Required
By June 12, 2016: Providers delivering CHC, PCA, and ABI services must complete the mandatory EVV survey with primary/secondary contact information, technical contact details, and staff numbers. By September 1, 2016: Implement Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system integration with Sandata/Santrax for all mandated home and community-based services for scheduling, visit verification, and claim submission. Claims for affected services will require EVV compliance.
