Summary
Connecticut DSS is implementing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home and community-based services, requiring providers to use a new scheduling and claim submission system. The implementation date has been moved from July 1, 2016 to September 1, 2016 to give providers more time to prepare.
Action Required
By June 12, 2016: Providers delivering CHC, PCA and ABI home and community-based services must complete the EVV survey with primary/secondary contact information, technical contact details, and staff numbers. Before September 1, 2016: Implement Santrax™ EVV system integration for scheduling, visit verification and claim submission for all mandated service codes. Contact ctevv@hpe.com with questions.
