Effective July 1, 2016, Beacon Health Options will take over the provider qualification process for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) services under Connecticut Medicaid from the Department of Development Services. This change only affects Medicaid State Plan services, not waiver services.

ASD providers seeking new Medicaid enrollment in Connecticut: Contact Beacon Health Options at 1-877-552-8247 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) for qualification process instead of Department of Development Services. This only applies to new enrollments for State Plan services, not waiver services.
