By August 2-11, 2016: ABI waiver service providers in Connecticut must register for and attend one of three mandatory billing workshops (August 5, 8, or 16). Register at ctdssmap.com with provider name, NPI/AVRS ID, contact info, and attendee name. Providers who cannot bill successfully will not be paid for ABI services.
