Connecticut Medicaid is implementing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home and community-based services, requiring providers to use the new Santrax system for scheduling, visit verification, and claim submission. Non-medical services must comply by November 1, 2016, and home health services by January 1, 2017.
Action Required
By June 12, 2016: Complete the mandatory EVV survey if your practice provides CHC, PCA, or ABI services. By November 1, 2016: Implement EVV system (Santrax) for all non-medical home and community-based services for scheduling, visit verification, and claim submission.
