Summary

Connecticut Medicaid has split their dental fee schedule into separate adult and pediatric schedules effective September 1, 2016. Three dental fee schedules are now available: Dental Adult, Dental Pediatric, and legacy schedules for services prior to 09/01/2016.

By September 1, 2016: Billing team must access www.ctdssmap.com to download the appropriate new dental fee schedules (Dental Adult or Dental Pediatric) under Provider Fee Schedule Download. Update billing system reimbursement rates to reflect the separate adult and pediatric schedules for Connecticut Medicaid dental claims with dates of service September 1, 2016 and forward.
