Summary
CMAP Addendum B for Q2 has been updated with changes effective July 1, 2016 for outpatient hospitals. Hewlett Packard Enterprise will automatically reprocess affected claims, and new documentation highlighting all changes has been posted to the ctdssmap.com website.
Action Required
Immediately: Outpatient hospital billing teams must download the updated CMAP Addendum B PDF and Excel files from www.ctdssmap.com hospital modernization page. Review the 'CMAP Addendum B Changes' document and the 'Changes-Aug2016' tab in Excel to identify new, deleted, or modified billing requirements. Direct any questions to ctxixhosppay@hpe.com. No immediate system changes required as HPE will auto-reprocess affected claims.
