Summary
Due to a security concern, the Santrax Payer Management System is undergoing mandatory password resets for all users, with the system temporarily unavailable. New administrator credentials will be sent via encrypted email on October 19, 2016, and all passwords must be reset by administrative users.
Action Required
By October 19, 2016: Administrative users must check encrypted email for Getting Started Booklets with new credentials. Reset all passwords for SPMUSER super-user account, administrator-level accounts, system-user accounts, and MVV accounts. Field staff should use telephony backup numbers for check-in/check-out instead of mobile app during system downtime.
