Summary
Program Year 2016 is the final opportunity for healthcare providers to join the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program for the first time. Eligible providers with at least 30% Medicaid patients can receive $21,250 for first-time attestation and $8,500 for subsequent years until 2021.
Action Required
By December 31, 2016: Providers with at least 30% Medicaid patients who have never participated must decide if they want to join the EHR Incentive Program. Contact CTMedicaidEHR@uconn.edu or call 1-844-607-7455 to register with CMS and complete attestation in MAPIR system. This is the last chance to enter the program.
