Immediately: Update billing system with new unit limits for specified procedure codes effective September-November 2016. By January 1, 2017: Transition all radiology prior authorization requests from Care to Care to eviCore healthcare and use HCPCS 'C' codes instead of CPT codes for outpatient advanced imaging. Update billing for Flucelvax vaccine CPT 90674 under revenue codes 25X or 63X with administration reimbursed under RCC 771. Add new EOB codes 4985 and 5025 to claim resolution procedures.
