Action Required

Action needed
By June 30, 2018: Providers ordering MEDS products (DME, medical surgical supplies, hearing aids, orthotic/prosthetic devices, parenteral/enteral supplies) must transition to secure electronic ordering systems. Contact SES at 1-888-470-9913 ext. 1 or ctmeds@secureexesolutions.com to enroll in free DIRECT Secure Messaging accounts. Implement required security protocols including 60-day password changes, user certification documentation, and 5-year audit trail retention. Update internal workflows to use electronic ordering instead of fax/phone orders.
