Eligible professionals participating in the EHR Incentive Program who administer routine immunizations to children ages 0-6 must register with the Department of Public Health Immunization Registry by December 31, 2016 to meet Meaningful Use Program Year 2016 requirements. By December 31, 2016 at 11:59 PM: Eligible professionals who administer routine immunizations to patients 0-6 years old and are attesting to Meaningful Use in Program Year 2016 must register with the Department of Public Health Immunization Registry through the MUST Portal on the DPH website. Failure to register will prevent meeting Meaningful Use Public Health Reporting Objective requirements for Medicaid EHR incentive payments.
