Immediately: All providers billing Connecticut Medicaid must transition to electronic claim submission using ASC X12N 837 format through vendor software or the Provider Secure Web Portal at www.ctdssmap.com. Billing teams must stop sending paper claims as they will be returned. Update P.O. Box addresses as P.O. Box 2941 and 2961 are discontinued. For vaccine claims through the web portal, submit vaccine administration with $0.01 billed amount for free vaccines from Department of Public Health.
